As part of your initial implementation, Adelaide POS Systems will set your POS system up to work exactly the way you need it to.   With hundreds of implementations behind us, we’re able to to take advantage of years of industry experience to get the system working best for the type of business you run.

Here’s what we’ll do for you:

  • Create your product lists direct from your food and drinks menus.  We’ll include any and all of the modifiers and options you’ll need to smoothly run the operation
  • Categorise your products so they are easy to find within the touch system
  • Setup all your payment media – EFTPOS, Cash, Amex, Diners etc.
  • Setup the security profiles for owners, managers and floor & kitchen staff
  • For hospitality clients, configure the table layouts as per your current restaurant or hotel dining layout
  • Setup and configure any integration into third party solutions, e.g. Accounting, on-line ordering, Paypal etc.

Once the system has been completely configured, we do a review session with you to ensure ease of use, and to make any final tweaks before implementation.

Of course, you are then trained fully on how to manage the back-office and use the front-of-house systems.
